This mod simply re-adds all of the deleted civil war content that Bethesda removed for whatever reason.
However, you’ll HAVE to do more traveling, because this next mod will make sure you have HOURS upon HOURS of new content to delve into. Both mods incentivize you to NOT fast travel and adds a whole new level of chaos to the game. In addition to these patrol units, each holds border will contain checkpoint camps which make traveling to enemy territory much harder. These two mods add patrol units of imperials, stormcloaks, daw guard and even thalmor that walk about their occupied holds in order to keep the peace. when you’re moving from fort to fort, traveling will seems much more hectic with the next two mods downloadedĢ) Immersive Patrols & 3) Civil War Checkpoints Once that is complete you will be asked to travel to the next fort that needs assistance. Once there you’ll be charged at by a real army’s worth of NPCs and have to fight your way through, cutting a bloody path to eventually initiate the other sides commander/general. You must travel with a convoy of soldiers and protect your general as your units make their way to whatever fort needs taking over or protecting. They are new and not the most perfect mods out but they really make Skyrim feel like it’s in all out chaos. These two mods have made the civil war play through SOOOOO much more fun.
